About the German Shepherd

The German Shepherd Dog is widely recognized as the elite canine when considering a dog for protection. Described as the Rolls Royce of dogs, they have been used extensively as working dogs for over a hundred years by police, military, and civilian defense because of their unique make up and ability.

They are loyal and loving family dogs, yet extremely tenacious when needed. Physically the German Shepherd Dog is large typically with a long body. They are strong, sturdy and muscular while remaining agile. The German Shepherd adapts well both in an active household, and is just as happy relaxing and taking it easy.
